Kryton Sets the Standard for Crystalline Waterproofing in China

This past December (2006), Kryton’s President/CEO Kari Yuers traveled to China to continue Kryton’s mission of educating and informing  the global construction industry about the benefits of “Integral Crystalline Waterproofing”.

In recent years, there has been a sharp increase of waterproofing products that claim crystalline capabilities, within the Chinese market.  However not all of these products truly represent crystalline technology, causing a large amount of confusion for the industry.
Kryton is well respected as a pioneer and leader in Concrete Waterproofing and Crystalline technology. As a result  Kari was was invited to present at the “6th Annual Waterproofing Technology Conference” in Beijing.

Kari’s experience and expertise were sought to inform attendees on the various types and nature of crystalline materials and the many different types of cementitious waterproofing products. During her presentation Kari discussed methods for testing crystalline products and considerations for choosing the appropriate system to meet project needs.

Kari was also further invited to collaborate with industry professionals to exchange experiences and ideas for the standardization of crystalline products and methods that promote the healthy evolution of the crystalline waterproofing industry in China.
