The right candidate will be deeply committed to developing people, with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring high-performing teams. What You’ll Do 

Report at the highest level: Serve as a direct report to the President and CEO, ensuring executive alignment on all sales initiatives and strategic imperatives. 

Shape the future: Play a pivotal role as a member of the Executive Team, helping to define and drive the company’s overall Corporate Strategy 

Lead from the front: Develop and execute a bold, scalable, global sales strategy aligned with our ambitious growth targets. 

Inspire and uplift: Cultivate a culture of coaching and empowerment across regional sales teams in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. 

Build winning teams: Mentor managers and build a pipeline of high-performing sales talent with strong ethics and commercial drive. 

Think globally, act locally: Tailor go-to-market strategies with cultural fluency and regional sensitivity to meet the unique needs of each market. 

Champion cross-cultural excellence: Leverage your deep understanding of diverse international markets, with particular strength in navigating the complexities of the North American commercial landscape. 

Drive smart growth: Use data to optimize performance, improve forecasting, and ensure world-class customer experiences. 

Partner with purpose: Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Services, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align efforts and amplify results 

What You Bring 

•  10+ years in senior sales leadership, with global or multi-regional B2B experience in construction, industrial, or materials industries. 

•  Proven ability to lead across cultures with authenticity, adaptability, and ethical leadership. 

•  Deep knowledge of the North American market dynamics, including construction sector trends, channel strategies, and customer behavior. 

•  A track record of building and scaling distributed sales teams while delivering consistent revenue growth. 

•  Strong coaching and mentoring skills — you know how to unlock others’ potential and build trust across all levels. 

•  Strategic thinking paired with a strong work ethic and sound judgment. 

•  Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced education is a strong asset.
