THE OPPORTUNITY
Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking an additional member to their Sales Team in China. We are looking for a new TECHNICAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN – CHINA who can help us assist customers to properly and successfully execute their construction projects when using Kryton’s product systems.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Technical Services Technician – China brings outstanding attention to detail and analytical thinking skills in performing on-site communications, training, observing, reporting and following up to ensure corrective actions are implemented when required. The TST will also assist various other departments within the company by offering technical support when needed.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Technical Services Technician – China is an important role within the Sales team. This role encompasses a broad range of duties and responsibilities, including training train the Technical Service Person’s (TSP) employed by each current and potential Kryton Authorized Distributor (Distributor) by having the TSP visit Beijing for training and also by visiting the local Distributor or Key Customers and conducting training on actual jobsites. The TSS will demonstrate, instruct and evaluate the local TSP. The Technical Services Technician – China will also be responsible for providing direct technical support on jobsites.
