ABOUT THE ROLE

Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a MARKETING ASSISTANT. As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be a critical player in bringing our brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll support marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, help organize events, and keep our processes running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

 

ABOUT YOU

This is the perfect role for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on real campaigns, and build your skills in a fast-paced, global B2B environment — all while being part of a supportive, collaborative team that loves to see people succeed.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination
  • Collaborate with the team to manage branding, content, and lead-gen efforts
  • Create, edit, and format marketing materials and presentations
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the website and social media channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Help organize industry events, trade shows, and internal initiatives
  • Keep our marketing systems (like HubSpot) tidy, up-to-date, and humming
  • Liaise with vendors, track budgets, and prepare marketing invoices
  • Stay on top of our marketing inventory and materials
  • Jump in on other cool projects as they come up—we move fast and support each other

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related support role
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications—or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience with digital tools like HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, or Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong time management
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re comfortable owning your tasks and asking smart questions
  • Ability to work on-site with our team in Vancouver
  • Bonus points if you speak Cantonese or Mandarin, have B2B marketing experience, or light design/video skills!

WORK SCHEDULE

  • This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Vancouver HQ. We work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. (Yes, we value work-life balance).
