Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this leadership role sits at the executive table. Leading the marketing team and working in lockstep with the sales team, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of Kryton’s global marketing and demand generation programs, with a focus on driving high-quality leads, exceeding pipeline, and revenue goals, and driving brand awareness for Kryton solutions within the global concrete and construction sector.

You will play a key role in developing our global corporate strategy, focused on our industry-leading waterproofing technology and launching innovative new technology related to low-carbon concrete and smart sensor technology.


The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and data-driven marketing leader who “gets stuff done.” You build and coach teams to achieve excellence.  You engage and influence at the executive team level with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and leading high-performance marketing teams. You are highly strategic, with the ability to move to tactical execution while maintaining a focus on strategic priorities. You have demonstrated experience in partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth. The Head of Marketing sets the tone for the Company’s corporate and product messaging, delivering a compelling value proposition and driving demand for Smart Concrete Solutions®.


The Head of Marketing is responsible for marketing strategy and budgets, demand generation, content and marketing communications, channel marketing, brand/PR, metrics and KPI, employee development, and leadership.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation, preferably enterprise-level programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.)
  • Account-based marketing experience is a strong plus, familiarity with a manufacturing or technical products environment is preferred
  • Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management (lead scoring, nurturing, handoff) marketing automation and demand generation with focus on revenue impact
  • Technology savvy with web, marketing automation (preferably Hubspot), Google Analytics, and other demand generation related tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills with track record of promoting a positive, productive and engaged work culture within and across teams, with a strong voice of customer orientation
  • Ability to coordinate with other team members of assorted responsibilities situated across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and culture-building skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills: the ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, our target audience, and the buyer’s journey
  • Familiarity with the construction and concrete industries and topics of securing specifications, green building, and embodied carbon is a plus
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including above-average presentation skills
