We are looking for a new DIRECTOR OF FINANCE. We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced financial director to join our growing organization to help us meet our objectives for profitability and long-term success. In this position, you will play a key role by overseeing all financial aspects of the business and directing the company’s overall financial strategy plans.
Our ideal Director of Finance should have a solid experience in driving a company’s financial success by developing and implementing short and long term strategic objectives, in line with global business strategy. As a contributor to the senior leadership team, you are experienced in making sound recommendations and offering tactical solutions to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Candidates should have excellent assessment skills, including strong knowledge of financial performance indicators and risk assessment. We want a financial director with a vast knowledge of accounting, finance, and business principles, coupled with strategic thinking skills and the ability to make the most profitable decision possible in any scenario or market.
The Director Of Finance leads the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations including financial statements for the guidance of management. This person is responsible for the overseeing the financial planning process and providing input on policies, ensuring its accounting practices are conducted correctly, managing the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, maintaining its fiscal records and preparing financial reports. This position involves supervision of the other Finance roles within the Company and paving their way towards growth and career advancement. Unique to this position is that the Kryton Group of companies are diverse and international in scope which increases the complexity of the position significantly.
