Kevin Yuers has been with Kryton for 25 years – holding senior positions in Operations, Research & Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Technical Services. Today Kevin’s focus is Product Development and Acquisitions.

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in senior-level finance with expertise in financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial controls, systems, and process improvement among many others. He has been exposed to a variety of industries and has coached and mentored finance and accounting professionals throughout his career. Working alongside Management and Executive Teams, Ryan has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning and execution focused on the growth and profitability of the Companies he has looked after.
Ms.Vehse has over 20 years of experience building and scaling demand generation and growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and advocacy. She has experience across varies industries including green tech, enterprise software (SaaS) and financial services as well as working with companies of various sizes and stages. She is a global marketing leader who is passionate about creating a strong team culture.
Alireza Biparva has over 24 years of experience in technical sales, research and product development which provides him with the ideal skillsets to lead Kryton’s Research and Development team in evolving smart waterproofing products and technologies. He is internationally recognised
Jeff Bowman is a key driver within the Kryton R&D team with over a decade of dedicated experience in defining and developing best practice within the crystalline admixtures and repair materials category. Jeff has written extensively on waterproofing technologies and has helped to develop new products that ensure structural durability.
Marnie is a certified HR professional with over 20 years of experience in the entire employee life cycle, from Screening to Separation, both here and abroad. Prior to joining Kryton, she has been exposed to different industries such as high tech, food, banking and retail. Marnie’s goal has always been the effective utilization and development of human resources while accomplishing the company’s business goals. As any HR Professional, Marnie firmly believes that “People” is and will always be any company’s best asset.
Alain has over two decades of global expertise in construction, property management, distribution networks and business turnaround. He has travelled to and consulted on hundreds of projects in major international regions such as Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Through his global experiences, Alain draws his inspiration from all the amazing architecture and the diversity that the construction industry presents.
Adam has been with Kryton for more than 7 years. He started as Distributor Training Specialist wherein he’s responsible in overseeing sales, marketing, product, technical and service training from development to delivery. He was promoted to Training Manager in November 2019 and assisted the Company in creating more training programs for the Sales team, both local and global as well as be involved in different Strategic Initiatives such as our Sales Methodology. With his extensive knowledge and experience of our Kryton products, Adam was yet again promoted and given a new opportunity as Territory Manager – Canadian Prairies in 2023. Adam has a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a Master of Education in Educational Technology and Learning Design.

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in Sales in a B2B environment and Construction Industry. Over his years of experience, Chris has been responsible for winning million dollar projects all over North America and was also responsible for creating a team of Sales Managers and further business retention with customers. Besides his experience in Sales, Chris also provides expertise in strategy, business development, contract negotiation and revenue generation.

With more than 30 years in Architecture, Construction and Development he has a vast number of clientele in California as well as nationwide. After running an American Architecture firm in China for 7 years, as managing principal of Oculus Architects opened a Newport Beach, CA office as well as a Madison, WI office which produced numerous landmark commercial projects in Southern California. Additionally, as a shareholder in a national steel business, he was responsible for business development of a $100 million pipeline of multifamily, hotel and student housing projects. Design, Project Management , Entitlements and Business Development for West Coast Development projects are a diverse experience he brings to Kryton. Member of ACI, CSI and AIA.
13+ years of Technical Territory Sales and Operations Management experience within the construction industry. With a CIM degree from MTSU, Christian has worked for a large Ready-mix producer and Admix companies. With a technical background in Ready-Mix as the Mid-Atlantic QC Manager along with successful territory sales management, he brings a unique blend of attributes to support Kryton’s ever growing customer base. He works closely with customers to include: designing of engineered projects, quoting, selling, closing of the project, along with complete site management.

As a practicing engineer and seasoned sales professional, Alfonso Urquidi has developed strong industry acumen within the unique areas of Latin America. With over 10 years at Kryton, Alfonso brings deep technical knowledge and experience in fostering relationships.
As Kryton’s Regional Manager of the Middle East, Fadi Farhat has been key in developing strong end-user and distributor relationships, as well as technical expertise. Fadi is responsible for developing the business in the region, driving concrete crystalline waterproofing specifications, and supporting new construction and remedial rehabilitation projects.
With over 17 years of construction industry experience, as well as a background in civil engineering, Johnny Nassif has developed a keen insight into the critical requirements to ensure durable concrete. He excels at developing and harnessing best practices in order to provide customizable waterproofing and concrete protection solutions.
Ning Ma joined Kryton China in 2017 as General Manager. He is responsible for overall business operations and growth for Kryton in China. Ning has an MBA in International Business with significant expertise in business development, public affairs, marketing and financial analysis. Among his strengths are sales channel development, strategy and leadership. He has extensive skills in working with multinational teams.
Christine began her career with Kryton China in 2011 as a Marketing Administrator. With her expertise in the construction industry and excellent relationships with many market audiences, Christine was promoted in 2018 to Territory Manager. Christine looks forward to supporting the growth of existing Kryton China Distributors.
Ivan Tan’s Asia Pacific expertise encompasses distributor development, relationship building, and technical expertise. Ivan actively supports a wide-range of network distributors by promoting best practice and cultivating distributor excellence. Ivan’s strength also rests on being able to harness his product expertise to drive concrete waterproofing specifications to support new construction and remedial rehabilitation projects.
With more than 7 years of experience in sales and territory management. Weili has an extensive experience with concrete and the construction industry in China. He has expertise in improving marketing strength, customer relationships as well as increasing sales revenue. Weili is currently responsible for meeting revenue growth targets for Nanjing, Suzhou and Hanzhou, China.
With more than 10 years of experience in sales. Before joining Kryton, he is the Sales Manager for a paint company, where he sells waterproofing products like SPS pavement, membranes and coating. With more than 5 years of working for waterproofing companies, Dingxun knows the market really well and has successfully assisted his distributors to overcome challenges in most of their projects.
