Kathy Fowler is a certified Communications Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial marketing. Prior to joining Kryton, Kathy held senior marketing positions with global organizations providing heavy equipment and engineering services to mining, transportation, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Alireza Biparva has over 24 years of experience in technical sales, research and product development which provides him with the ideal skillsets to lead Kryton’s Research and Development team in evolving smart waterproofing products and technologies. He is internationally recognised
Jeff Bowman is a key driver within the Kryton R&D team with over a decade of dedicated experience in defining and developing best practice within the crystalline admixtures and repair materials category. Jeff has written extensively on waterproofing technologies and has helped to develop new products that ensure structural durability.
Alain has over two decades of global expertise in construction, property management, distribution networks and business turnaround. He has travelled to and consulted on hundreds of projects in major international regions such as Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Through his global experiences, Alain draws his inspiration from all the amazing architecture and the diversity that the construction industry presents. Alain manages a dynamic team to achieve the company’s global initiatives for distribution, major accounts and lead generation.
Kris is an inspirational leader and trainer with an enthusiastic ‘get it done’ approach to project management and business development. With his 20 years of product-focused experience, Kris has proven to be integral to drive and support the development and promotion of new and existing concrete waterproofing products at Kryton.
Brian has been involved in concrete construction (and demolition) for more than 25 years. For the last 15 years, he has been helping Kryton’s construction partners build dry and durable concrete structures using Kryton’s Krystol technology. In his current role, he supports his team of Territory Managers across Canada and the USA to continue growing the business 20% year over year. Brian has worked on concrete projects in 10 provinces and 43 states and brings a lot of hands-on experience in a variety of applications from tunnels and water containment to large foundations and marine concrete.
As a practicing engineer and seasoned sales professional, Alfonso Urquidi has developed strong industry acumen within the unique areas of Latin America. With over 10 years at Kryton, Alfonso brings deep technical knowledge and experience in fostering relationships.
As Kryton’s Regional Manager of the Middle East, Fadi Farhat has been key in developing strong end-user and distributor relationships, as well as technical expertise. Fadi is responsible for developing the business in the region, driving concrete crystalline waterproofing specifications, and supporting new construction and remedial rehabilitation projects.
With over 17 years of construction industry experience, as well as a background in civil engineering and business, Johnny Nassif has developed a keen insight into the critical requirements to ensure durable and waterproof concrete throughout the UAE.
With over 20 years experience supporting projects in the concrete and construction industries, John Andersen brings extensive technical knowledge to a long portfolio of projects in Western Canada. Moreover, his pragmatic can do attitude and collaborative approach has made him invaluable when partnering with multiple stakeholders.
With over 4 years of experience in Sales and extensive territory development, Patrick also provides expertise in business development and strategic sales planning. He also strives to build business through distribution partner development while maintaining closely-knit relationships within the Architect, Engineering and Construction communities, ultimately driving sales and helping owners, designers and builders understand the true concept of "Smart Concrete". Patrick is a dynamic, results- oriented business development specialist with a civil engineering background and project management experience. Last but not the least, he can speak 3 languages, English, French and Spanish.
13+ years of Technical Territory Sales and Operations Management experience within the construction industry. With a CIM degree from MTSU, Christian has worked for a large Ready-mix producer and Admix companies. With a technical background in Ready-Mix as the Mid-Atlantic QC Manager along with successful territory sales management, he brings a unique blend of attributes to support Kryton’s ever growing customer base. He works closely with customers to include: designing of engineered projects, quoting, selling, closing of the project, along with complete site management.
With nineteen years of experience as a New Business Executive, Shane knows what it takes to perform at the highest level to complement his client's key initiatives and meet internal goals. Vast experience in real estate & construction with a career focus on owners/developers, architects, engineers and general contractors. Proven results that reflect a solid business partnership and an attitude as if the business was his own. Throughout his career, he has led sales teams, developed marketing plans and held leadership roles at the executive level to drive sales growth and increase profitability. With over 15 years of experience in Sales and Territory Management with extensive knowledge of construction products. Robert also has extensive experience in handling and managing architects, design engineers and other representatives in the construction, lighting and waterproofing markets in Southern US. Prior to Kryton, he worked with Lopez Construction and Ryker Construction where he led multiple projects from contract signing through its project completion. He specializes in almost all construction materials from lighting, waterproofing, flooring, windows, insulation to plumbing products among many others.
With more than 25 years of experience in Outside Sales. Before joining Kryton, Bill worked as an Outside Sales Engineer for KlingerIGI where he grew his territory extensively. Prior to that, Bill worked for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a UK based company with territory in Seattle area as their Global Boeing Key Account Manager where he revised the Global strategy and organization support for Boeing Aerospace. Bill also has expertise in working with Fortune 100/500 companies, government agencies across multiple verticals in the Northwest US.
Ning Ma joined Kryton China in 2017 as General Manager. He is responsible for overall business operations and growth for Kryton in China. Ning has an MBA in International Business with significant expertise in business development, public affairs, marketing and financial analysis. Among his strengths are sales channel development, strategy and leadership. He has extensive skills in working with multinational teams.
Christine began her career with Kryton China in 2011 as a Marketing Administrator. With her expertise in the construction industry and excellent relationships with many market audiences, Christine was promoted in 2018 to Territory Manager. Christine looks forward to supporting the growth of existing Kryton China Distributors.
Ivan Tan’s Asia Pacific expertise encompasses distributor development, relationship building, and technical expertise. Ivan actively supports a wide-range of network distributors by promoting best practice and cultivating distributor excellence. Ivan’s strength also rests on being able to harness his product expertise to drive concrete waterproofing specifications to support new construction and remedial rehabilitation projects.
