THE OPPORTUNITY

Kryton International, a highly respected global innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking an experienced ACCOUNTANT to join our Finance team. This full-time, permanent, on-site role performs full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for five operating companies within the Kryton Group. The position supports multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, month-end close, treasury, inventory and costing, fixed assets, and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities. The Accountant reports to the Controller and has no direct reports.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are an analytical, detail-oriented accounting professional who takes ownership of accurate and timely financial information. You are comfortable managing competing deadlines across multiple entities, working with ERP systems and advanced Excel, and investigating discrepancies to resolution. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across departments and countries, and look for practical ways to strengthen controls and improve processes.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Close, Reporting and Analysis: Perform full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, consolidation, financial and segment reporting, year-end schedules, budget support, variance analysis, and chart-of-accounts maintenance.
  • Multi-Entity and International Accounting: Review overseas accounting records; coordinate with external accountants; reconcile intercompany transactions and balances; and track foreign exchange rates and currency revaluations.
  • Treasury, Inventory and Asset Management: Prepare cash-flow forecasts and bank reconciliations; maintain loan schedules; record investment transactions; oversee inventory counts and costing, margin, ratio, and variance reports; and maintain fixed-asset and amortization schedules.
  • Controls, AP/AR and Process Improvement: Maintain internal controls and data integrity; support credit, collections, and approved vendor payments; provide AP and AR coverage; complete required surveys; document standardized processes; and support cross-functional projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: College diploma or degree in Accounting or a related
  • Experience: At least two (2) years in a multi-company, multi-currency, computerized accounting environment, including General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • ERP and Manufacturing: Experience maintaining, operating, implementing, or integrating ERP modules, with strong knowledge of manufacturing inventory management and financial analysis.
  • Technology: Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Word and Outlook; familiarity with Power BI is an
  • Core skills: Strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, and time management; able to meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively in a changing environment.
