You will be reporting directly to our President and CEO.
You will be part of Kryton’s Executive Team, tasked to plan for the Company’s future.
You will collaborate not only with the Executive Team but all key employees in different departments.
You will drive efficiency and productivity within the Operations Department in two (2) Plant Locations – Vancouver and Calgary.
You will ensure continuous interdepartmental collaboration, especially with the Sales and Finance departments.
You will be a change agent and analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.


You have at least a minimum of 7 years of successful management and leadership experience in operations, production, maintenance and operational excellence in an Industrial / Commercial manufacturing environment.
A 10 + progressive senior leadership role in the manufacturing industry, will definitely be an asset.
You have completed college or university program in engineering preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
You are a skilled and effective communicator, that will communicate openly, honestly and effectively with Superiors, Peers and Subordinates throughout the entire company.
You are a skilled, motivated and pro-active problem solver.
You are excellent in planning next steps and provide guidance in every step of any implementation.
You have the proven ability to develop and lead a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You accept accountability for outcomes and will hold others accountable for the commitments they make.
You have the ability to travel between Vancouver and Calgary to visit Plant locations is required in this role.
You have knowledge of Canadian Health and Safety regulations for a manufacturing environment.
You strive for continuous improvement of plant processes, your own professional skills and those of your direct reports and other team members.
