Plasti-Patch (K-511)

DESCRIPTION
Plasti-Patch™ is a single component, self-bonding, high strength concrete patching and repair mortar for concrete and masonry.

FEATURES

RECOMMENDED USES

• Filling and repairs:
  form tie holes
  pipe sleeve holes
  honeycombs
  post tensioned pockets
  cracks and other imperfections in concrete
• Finishing:
  topping for walkways & driveways
  chipped columns
  uneven form marks
  damaged concrete elements
• Additive:
  Add to other weak mixes for fortification

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

APPLICATION
Remove all cracked and loose concrete material down to the sound substrate. Clean all dirt, grease and oil from the surface to provide good bonding. Soak area thoroughly with water. Remove any surface water. Mix 4.5 parts powder to 1 part water for 1 minute. Do not mix more material than can be placed in 25 minutes. Apply to damp surface. Protect the application from rain or direct sunlight for at least 24 hours. Cure by keeping moist for at least 48 hours.

COVERAGE

• 15 cu. in. per lb.
• 0.5 cu. ft. per 55 lb. pail
• 55 lb. will cover approx. 50 ft @ 1/8th in.

LIMITATIONS
Not to exceed a depth of 1/2” without the addition of course aggregate.
