Background

The Horka Dam built in 1985 had water leakage problems in the maintenance tunnels well below grade. The maintenance tunnels required waterproofing for 1550 cubic meters (55,000 cubic feet) of existing concrete.

Solution

Krystol™ T1 & T2 were used on existing below grade concrete. Since the Krystol™ application in 1997 no leaks or wet spots have been observed.
