Background

A pedestrian walking tunnel in a very busy, industrial area of Buenos Aires required a waterproofing system for the concrete that would last many years.

There was particular concern over the aggressive contaminants in the ground water common to the area.

Solution

The KIM admixture was supplied by Kryton’s Argentinian distributor, Nodulo Sociedad Anonima, to provide the long-term durability and performance that the owner required.

To date, the system is performing as specified.
