Al Ghanim Industries, a Kuwait-based company, has undertaken the construction of the $45-million (US) Al Ghanim Garage in Shuwaikh, near Kuwait City. Upon completion, the garage will have the capacity to service and store over 1000 cars on its maintenance level making it one of the largest vehicle garages in the world.

The Garage features a two-level car park where vehicles are serviced. Due to the heavy use of water during maintenance work, the concrete floors or slabs in the service areas will be constantly wet and in need of waterproofing protection....
