Over the past 30-plus years, Kryton has amassed an impressive collection of advanced technology and know-how. Although our mainstream business is crystalline concrete waterproofing, we have extensive experience in manufacturing, marketing and distributing specialty wall & floor coatings, industrial strength cleaners, sealers and water repellents.

In fact, it is our extensive experience with the many types of concrete repair, protection and waterproofing products that put Kryton in a leadership position. We know what works and what doesn’t and, perhaps more importantly, we know why. We have chosen to focus our direct-to-market efforts on our core crystalline waterproofing systems because we know it outperforms other waterproofing systems in most situations.

And our expertise doesn’t stop there. We have cultivated years of knowledge, research and expertise in manufacturing, marketing and distributing hundreds of advanced formulas and product systems for a vast array of concrete repair, protection and maintenance challenges. It is our goal to use this expertise to help new partners around the world to better build and maintain structures and develop solid business ventures based on our technologies.

We have created an independent “Diversified Opportunities” team to help other companies achieve their visions and goals by capitalizing on our leading edge technology and expertise, without taking away resources from our day-to-day operations. We are excited to work with potential partners around the world to develop unique and profitable business opportunities. Like what? Product licensing agreements and private label products, for example.

We share our formulas and offer marketing support and advice. We help our partners build strong teams, plug them into existing networks and provide ongoing research and development support and a constantly expanding product assortment.

Consider Liquid Siding, for example. In the mid-70s, at the request of a customer, Kryton developed a premium, high-performance exterior coating (now known as Liquid Siding) that’s considered state-of-the-art, even today. We later sold the exclusive rights to a company called Liquid Siding of America. Today, Liquid Siding of America is one of the top ten home improvement companies (and the only exterior coatings company in the top 500) in the U.S., according to Quality Remodeller magazine’s annual rankings.

Specialty Wall & Floor Coatings
Reliability, durability and long-term protection are the hallmarks of Kryton's Specialty Coatings Line. These premium protective and decorative coatings provide beauty and high quality weather protection from basement to rooftop.

Developed for a variety of simple to complex applications the coatings line includes acrylic and alkyd primers, sealers and poly-urethane coatings as well as paints for industrial and residential projects of all kinds. Decorative epoxy coatings for walls and pools, impervious anti-graffiti coating, epoxies and non-slip deck coating system for wood decks.

Sealers & Water Repellents
Long lasting and easy to apply describes each premium product in Kryton's line of Sealers & Water Repellents. Whether your project is concrete, block or brick buildings; bridge decks, driveways, rooftops or floor tiles we have the solution.

Kryton's water or solvent based products repel water, prevent efflorescence, resist mould and mildew while providing a variety of finishes from high gloss to clear and tinted. Apply them inside or out to concrete, wood, masonry, on decks, cedar shakes and shingles, siding, fencing, exposed aggregate and driveways.

Industrial Cleaners
Kryton's line of premium, concentrated, heavy-duty industrial cleaners are ideal for graffiti removal, cutting through grease and oil on any surface, removing rust stains and preventing re-growth of organic material so that cleaning jobs last longer and subsequent coatings adhere better.

Use them in a wide range of applications such as spray paint removal from building exteriors, public washrooms and parking garages; cleaning porous surfaces like concrete, brick, wood or carpets; and removing rust, moss, mould, mildew and fungus from stucco, vinyl, concrete and aluminum siding and more.
