Company Background
We are a 39-year-old company that provides highly specialized, long-term integral waterproofing solutions to the construction industry.  We invented the first crystalline waterproofing admixture and have been successful in changing the way the industry approaches concrete waterproofing. We market and sell our products through an extensive distribution network in over 40 countries around the world.

Job Summary and Requirements
This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a key role on our executive management team. The ideal candidate must be a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “hands-on” Sales Director who will take complete responsibility for sales results in both the local and international markets. You will lead a dedicated team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.

Candidates must have at least five years of sales management experience and a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce or International Trade. We are looking for someone that has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as the ability to grow distributor networks. We need someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to overcome obstacles with innovative and creative solutions for today’s ever changing market. This role can be based out of the USA or international locations.
