HR Department will review applications and assess skills and experience. Only those who meet the minimum requirements advance to the telephone interview process. We carefully review all applications submitted and make sure that no stones are left unturned. This preliminary screening may take 2-3 weeks and only those candidates short-listed will be contacted. If you are not contacted, please be advised that we will keep your resume on file for future consideration.
Interviews and Assessments
Those who pass the preliminary screening will then be scheduled for interview with the HR Manager and the Hiring Manager. This may be a one-on-one interview or a panel interview. Only those who pass this process will be elevated to the final interview and may undergo assessment tests.
After a successful series of interviews, one will be asked to provide references from previous supervisors or managers. You also may be asked to provide documentation of your training and/or education. We contact your references to better understand your background and confirm a fit to the available position and to the company in general. Upon a positive reference check your application may now proceed to an Employment Offer.
An offer of employment is done through an official offer letter which specifies the conditions of your employment, start dates, and briefly describe your benefit entitlements. When all the details are agreed upon, the letter is signed and you are welcomed on board!
